A Fully Serviced Pitch includes Electric Hook Up, a tap, a grey waste drain and the pitch is hard standing and grass.

No charge for awnings
Electric up to 10 units a day is included in our rate.
There is no additnal charge for showers.

An additional parking space is by request only and is £3 per night

Deposits and payments
To confirm a booking a deposit is due at the time of booking and your final payment is due 7 days before your arrival day.
You will receive an email requesting your payment by bank transfer.
For a stay of 1-5 nights the deposit is the cost of one nights stay
For a stay of 6-13 nights the deposit is £50
For a stay of 14 plus nights the deposit is £100
Cancellations
You may cancel your stay without penalty upto 7 days before your stay. Please inform us in writing so we can cancel your booking. If there are 7 days or less until your stay there are no refunds. Please inform us if you would like to cancel your booking, we can discuss the option of re-booking your stay on new dates depending on availability if that would suit you.
For chemical waste we are green not blue. The green chemicals are kinder to the environment. Please ensure you use green chemical for your caravan cassette toilet. We can supply green chemical if needed.
